AANGAN DESIGN TOOLS
Home design mood-board maker
Bring gallery photos, colours and notes together. Arrange a direction for your room, then carry the photos into your design brief.
Loading your private board…
Drag to move; drag the corner to resize. Select an item to edit its exact position below. Arrow keys move a focused item; Shift moves it 10 pixels.
Up to 12 photos and 40 items. Use the item list and position controls if dragging is difficult.
Use this direction in your brief
This saves the board and replaces the photo references in your private brief with the board’s photos. Your other brief details stay in place. You can review everything before choosing a professional.
Your board stays private
Save privately stores one board in your browser-linked Aangan workspace. No login is needed. It is not a cross-device account: keep an exported board file for recovery. Workspace records expire after 30 days without a save or change. Importing replaces the canvas only after confirmation; it is saved to the server only when you choose Save privately.
PNG exports are visual references. AI concepts are labelled and do not confirm materials, measurements or construction feasibility. Notes and swatches express your design direction. The board file retains gallery references; images remain subject to their source rights.
Make a useful mood board
- Choose a few photos showing different aspects of your room: layout, finishes, lighting and storage.
- Add notes explaining what you want to borrow from each image. A colour swatch helps communicate a direction, not a guaranteed paint match.
- Arrange the photos and notes so the important decisions are clear. Export a PNG for discussion and a board file to edit later.
- Use the photos in your design brief, then review your scope and priorities with a professional.
