Private workspaces
When you save an idea, profile draft or project brief, we store it in our PostgreSQL database on the hosting server. A signed and encrypted essential session cookie links this browser to an anonymous workspace identifier. There is no sign-in account or cross-device recovery. Anyone using the same browser profile may access the workspace. Do not include confidential floor plans, client contact details, identity documents or sensitive personal information.
Purpose and retention
We use workspace information to show and update your saved ideas and drafts. Drafts are not published or sent to professionals. Workspace records are eligible for deletion after 30 days without a save or change and are removed by a daily cleanup job. You can export or immediately delete your active record from the workspace. Cookies expire after 30 days from their most recent update. Clearing a cookie does not itself delete the database record; cleanup still applies. We do not currently create scheduled workspace database backups. Hosting infrastructure may retain operational copies under its own procedures.
Older browser storage
The earlier static preview stored information only in localStorage. That data is not automatically uploaded during this upgrade. The workspace provides a local download option. You can remove it on the storage page or through browser settings.
Server logs
Our hosting infrastructure receives your IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time. Nginx access and error logs support delivery, troubleshooting and security. They use daily rotation with 14 archived rotations; empty logs can remain longer until rotation occurs. Application request logs may be retained in the server’s system journal under its operational retention settings. We filter profile and brief form fields from application parameter logs.
Information you send us
If you email or call, we use the information you share to respond, investigate a report or handle your request. Please send only what is needed. Retention depends on the matter, applicable obligations and whether a record is needed for a continuing issue; you can ask about a particular record.
Providers and disclosure
The website and database run on a DigitalOcean droplet. Fonts and gallery assets are served from aangan.design. There are no advertising or analytics scripts in this implementation. We do not sell information collected through this preview. Service providers may process information to support hosting and communications, including outside your location. We may disclose information where required by applicable law or to protect the service and its users. External websites have their own policies.
Your choices
Use workspace export and deletion controls, or contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion or another privacy concern. For a workspace support request, include the support reference shown in your workspace; do not send your cookie. We may need to verify your connection to the record. This notice does not limit applicable legal rights.
Audience and changes
Aangan is intended for adults planning projects or presenting professional work. Do not store children’s personal information. We will update this notice when the service’s processing changes.

Public business directory
We publish business names, locations, service summaries and business contact details found on official websites to help visitors discover home professionals. A listing shows its sources and the date checked. Some public business contacts identify an individual. We do not obtain private contact details from data brokers. Listings are unclaimed unless explicitly stated otherwise. Contact shashank@amigo.gg with a listing URL to request correction, removal or information about its source. We retain directory information while the listing is published and review requests; the 30-day private-workspace rule does not apply to directory records.
