How businesses enter the directory
We research publicly advertised business contacts on official websites. Each real listing links to its sources and gives the date checked. The current Gurgaon collection is an initial directory, not a complete register of every designer. Businesses appear alphabetically, without paid ranking.
What “unclaimed” means
The business has not confirmed or taken control of its Aangan profile. A source check confirms what an official website publishes; it does not verify professional registration, service quality, availability or the ownership of a project. We omit missing contact details and explain material conflicts instead of guessing.
Business portfolios
Real profiles link to the business’s own website. We do not attach illustrative stock images to a real firm or suggest it designed them. Portfolio publishing will require appropriate permissions and credits.
Sample profiles are not endorsements
The initial studios and portfolio projects are illustrative content created to demonstrate Aangan’s interface. They are not verified businesses, paid placements, real client reviews or evidence of completed projects. Sample profile and project pages are marked for exclusion from search indexing.
Photography is illustrative
The concept gallery uses photographs sourced from Unsplash. The studio names shown alongside the concepts do not identify the architects, designers or photographers responsible for those images. We do not claim that the images show projects in the example cities.
Planning guides
Our guides focus on practical questions to ask and information to prepare. They are general editorial material, not technical advice for a particular property. We do not give guaranteed construction costs, regulatory approvals or promises about a professional’s performance.
No invented social proof
We do not present sample ratings, fabricated testimonials or invented verification badges as real evidence. The current preview does not sell sponsored rankings or paid placement. If commercial placements are introduced, they should be clearly identified.
