These terms describe use of Aangan at aangan.design, operated by Amigo Softcom LLP. Use the website only if you can lawfully agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the interactive features.
The current service
Aangan is a home design platform in public preview. Profiles and projects marked as samples are illustrative, not verified businesses, completed commissions or recommendations. Accounts, public listing submissions, professional booking, payment processing and direct messaging are not currently provided.
Private drafts and saved ideas
Saving stores information on our server and an essential browser cookie provides access. There is no sign-in or cross-device recovery. Drafts are private, not published or sent to professionals. Keep exported copies of anything you want to retain. Records are removed by daily cleanup after 30 days without a save or change. Saving does not form a professional service agreement.
Your content and permissions
Upload only photographs and descriptions you own or have permission to use. Obtain any necessary client and photographer permissions. Do not upload confidential information, impersonate a professional, misrepresent your role in a project or use another person’s work as your own. Preparing a draft does not transfer ownership of your work to Aangan.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malicious content, infringe rights or use the website for fraud or harassment. Reports can be sent through the Contact page.
Inspiration and professional advice
Design images and editorial guides are general inspiration. They do not establish structural suitability, building permissions, electrical safety, material performance or a project price. Obtain advice from appropriately qualified professionals before making decisions that depend on your property or local requirements.
Website materials
Website copy, branding and interface materials may be protected by intellectual property rights. Images remain subject to the rights of their owners and the applicable licence. Access to an image on Aangan does not itself grant permission to claim it as your work or reuse it outside its licence.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the preview useful but do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free content, enquiries or commercial results. Features may change or be withdrawn. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Payments and professional engagements
The preview does not take payments or sell professional services. Any future paid offering will require clear pricing and applicable terms. If you independently engage a professional outside Aangan, agree the scope, fees, responsibilities and payment terms directly with that professional.
